Blackboard Hotel Reservation Service will guide you through the process of selecting a room at an official Blackboard hotel for BbWorld '09. Official Blackboard hotels have been pre-selected and offer a discounted rate to Blackboard attendees.

Q: When will BbWorld '09 registration open?
A: Attendee

Q: How do I make a hotel reservation for BbWorld in Washington, DC?
A: Hotel reservations are now open and
can be found here. We recommend that you make hotel reservations through the BbWorld '09 website in order to take advantage of our special discounted conference hotel rates.
Q: What is the attire for the conference?
A: Business Casual to Casual. We recommend that you bring a sweater or jacket for added warmth, as personal temperature preferences can vary.
Q: Are we allowed to bring guests to BbWorld evening events?
A: Registered BbWorld ‘09 conference attendees and exhibitors are automatically invited to attend the social events at BbWorld ‘09. Guests are welcome to attend, for an additional fee. More information on guest registration is available on our
registration site.
Q: Who do I contact if I have special needs, such as wheelchair accessibility, specific dietary needs, etc.?
A: You should include those requests in the Special Needs section of the
registration site.

Q: Can I register for an exhibit only pass?
A: No, at this time BbWorld does not offer exhibit only passes. One day registrations are available for a nominal fee, which grants access to all sessions, meals and social functions for the day.
