Membership is $499/year per operating system for academic institutions and non-profit organizations. The annual membership fee is $2000/year for Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). The ISV membership package includes development licenses for Blackboard Academic Suite, Blackboard Learning System Campus Edition 6, Blackboard Learning System Vista Enterprise 3 and Blackboard Learning System Vista Enterprise 4.
Additional Blackboard Developer Network memberships are available for academic institutions, non-profit institutions and ISVs who wish to purchase additional development licenses. The membership fee is for $499/year per operating system and development environment (e.g., Building Blocks and/or PowerLinks) and can be purchased using the standard BbDN online enrollment form.
